Shipping and Returns

All handcrafted items by White Clover Kiln are original designs and are protected by copyright law.  Please note that all White Clover Kiln items are handcrafted by one person and may require 4 to 6 weeks to complete any made to order purchase. I make every effort to have orders out in a timely fashion, while striving for quality work, some items are quicker to make than others.  I will give an expected timeframe to customers when working on made to order purchases, as well as production updates.  Items that are in stock at time of order will be shipped within 3 business days.

I ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  Items are packed carefully, but if an item arrives broken, please contact me immediately so that I can make a claim with USPS and begin your refund/replacement process.

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please contact me immediately. I will refund the cost of the item, minus shipping, when I receive the returned item in good condition within 15 days of when you originally received it. No refund will be given on custom order items. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
